Maybe it should be called a sweet potato plate?
basic recipe: take 1 sweet potato and grate it. Add 1 egg and 1 tbsp flour. This makes two “pizza crusts.” Spray a pan lined with foil, cook for 10 minutes at 375. Spray the crust, then flip over. Top with pizza toppings (this is cooked egg white, sautéed kale, and cooked bacon). Then bake for 8 minutes more.
